Shall Jasper County R-V School District, issue its general obligation bonds in the amount of $4,744,000 to construct classrooms and a cafeteria with gymnasium and to improve, repair, upgrade, furnish and equip school facilities including the construction of an enclosed corridor connecting existing facilities for improved student safety and security?

Shall the School Board of Avilla R-XIII School District of Jasper County, Missouri be authorized to eliminate fully the reduction in the operating tax levy for school purposes as provided in Section 164.013, R.S.Mo., as amended (the sales tax rollback) and increase the operating tax levy for the purpose of adequately funding the operating expenses of the District by raising the current tax levy from 3.3097 to 3.58 per $100.00 of assessed valuation? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted operating levy of the School District is estimated to increase by .2703 from 3.3097 to 3.58 per $100.00 of assessed valuation.
