TERMINATIONS AND SEARCH/INFORMATION REQUESTS may be accepted by
the Jasper County Recorder. All new filings will be subject to
centralized filing with Missouri Secretary of State. All U.C.C.
filings should be mailed to "Office of Secretary of State, Matt
Blunt, 600 West Main or P.o. Box 1767, Jefferson CIty, MO 65102."

The County Recorder of Deeds will maintain the current U.C.C.
database and honor requests and terminations until June 30, 2006.
Thereafter, the Recorder of Deeds may remove and destroy filings.
Lapsed dates on filings in the county's current database will remain
unchanged . They are still active for the five years from their
orginal filing. They will remain valid until they mature or are
terminated. They do not need to be moved to the Secretary of State
to be valid.
